Job Summary The Employee Relations Manager is a self‑motivated, trusted advisor who operates with a high level of integrity and can gain the trust of stakeholders at all levels in the organization. The ER Manager serves as a subject‑matter expert on employee relations matters, which includes the proactive engagement of management and employees to provide continual guidance and education on company policies, programs, and procedures. This role is also responsible for managing investigations on complex workplace issues and providing recommendations to resolve them, while also maintaining a balanced and impartial viewpoint. This role may be called on to participate in a crisis management response and labor relations.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job‑related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $102,816.00 - $146,880.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Plano, TX is $85,680 - $122,400 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
