Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Employee Relations Senior Specialist to lead complex investigations, advise on performance and disciplinary actions, and partner with Legal and HRBPs to align ER decisions with company strategy. This role focuses on global policy application, risk mitigation, and strengthening culture as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR, with at least 3 in employee relations or compliance.
• Experience leading workplace investigations end-to-end.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage high-risk, confidential cases with discretion.
• Strong written communication for defensible documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex ER matters.
• Advise on performance, PIPs, and disciplinary actions with structured processes.
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, thresholds, and compliance.
• Ensure consistent policy application across regions and cultures.
• Coach managers on feedback, documentation, and escalation decisions.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and improve playbooks and tools.
• Design manager education on performance management and fair process.
