Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Relations to lead and develop the ER team, partnering with HRBPs to address issues early and mitigate risk.

In this role, you will provide practical, legally sound guidance across the full lifecycle of employee concerns, drive insights with leadership, and ensure alignment with ER standards while delivering coaching and development for global leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Employee Relations or HRBP role.
• 1+ years' experience leading a team.
• 3+ years' experience handling Employee Relations cases.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, law, HR, or related subject.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex ER cases with policy-compliant solutions.
• Advise on processes per Labcorp policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Escalate and review team cases to ensure ER consistency.
• Lead employee relations projects and activities.
• Coordinate information with senior ER members for regulatory compliance.
• Deliver annual upskilling programs for Labcorp leaders globally.
