Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, business, law).
• 8+ years' experience in Employee Relations or HRBP roles.
• 1+ years' experience leading a team.
• 3+ years' experience handling Employee Relations cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Employee Relations cases and advise on formal processes.
• Escalate and review cases to ensure ER consistency and compliance.
• Oversee team development, upskilling, and annual development programs.
• Collaborate with senior ER and HR leaders to drive policy adherence and risk mitigation.
