Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years HR experience with emphasis on Employee Relations.
• 3+ years in a unionized environment with CBAs and grievance administration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees, HRBPs, and managers to resolve complex ER/LR issues.
• Support grievance proceedings and interpret CBAs.
• Coach managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct internal investigations of harassment, discrimination, or policy violations.
• Provide guidance on labor law compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead training sessions and ER/LR policy improvements.
• Monitor ER/LR metrics and provide actionable insights.
