This role emphasizes rigorous documentation, risk mitigation, and scalable ER playbooks. The position supports global policy application and strategic HR initiatives, with a focus on high‑risk cases and proactive employee experience improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with Employee Relations or compliance focus
• Experience leading workplace investigations independently
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory needs
• Strong written communication for defensible documentation
• Able to navigate high-risk, sensitive situations with discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations of complex ER matters
• Draft legally defensible findings and recommendations
• Partner with Legal on risk, escalation, and compliance
• Ensure consistent policy application across regions
• Coach managers on effective documentation and feedback
