Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of Employee Relations or Labor Relations experience in a unionized environment; experience conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee relations and workplace investigations with Legal, Labor Relations, Security, and Risk Management.
• Manage the grievance process including investigation, documentation, and arbitration support.
• Coach managers on performance management, trainings and corrective actions.
• Interpret and administer CBAs, guiding leaders on contract language and labor relations practices.
• Develop and facilitate manager training on employment law and workplace policies.
