Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or a related field.
• Experience representing management in labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of labor agreements and related policies.
• Supervises investigations and partners with EO/O on matters involving students and staff.
• Provides strategic leadership for labor management and employee relations programs.
• Administers collective bargaining agreements across units.
• Directs grievance procedures and employee complaint investigations.
• Represents the University in contract negotiations with labor unions and in hearings.
