Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Senior Employee Relations & Ethics Administrator to evaluate compliance with policies, ethics standards, and the Code of Conduct. You will lead confidential investigations, assess risk, and drive improvements in processes while safeguarding assets and culture.

In this role you’ll partner with EHS, HR, Legal, and Quality, and you’ll help ensure aviation safety and reliability by strengthening governance and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with objective judgment.
• Experience handling sensitive data and performing confidential investigations.

Responsibilities

• Review ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans.
• Conduct confidential investigations into fraud, conflicts of interest and policy violations.
• Collect, document, and analyze evidence; interview witnesses and subjects.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit and outside counsel on sensitive matters.
• Analyze data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend policy changes.
• Plan and perform audits to verify compliance with policies and laws.
• Draft reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Deliver training to promote ethics and compliance throughout the company.
