Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Employee Relations & Ethics Administrator to evaluate policy compliance, ethics standards, and conduct; lead confidential investigations; safeguard assets and culture while recommending improvements.

This remote US-based role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in auditing/investigations/compliance, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and interviewing skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans.
• Conduct objective, confidential investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, ethical breaches, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Collect, document, and analyze evidence, and conduct witness and subject interviews.
• Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, and outside counsel when handling highly sensitive matters.
• Analyze investigation data to identify trends, mitigate compliance risks, and recommend policy or process changes.
• Plan and perform operational and internal audits to verify accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external laws.
• Draft comprehensive investigation and audit reports outlining findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives that reinforce the company's ethical culture and compliance standards.
