Job summary

Chromalloy seeks a Senior Employee Relations & Ethics Administrator to evaluate compliance with policies and ethics standards, lead confidential investigations, and safeguard company assets. The role focuses on risk assessment, audits, and policy improvements with cross-functional collaboration across EHS, HR, Legal, and Quality.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or HR compliance, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or human resources compliance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and advanced interviewing skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Impeccable integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal data.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming ethics hotline complaints and develop actionable investigation plans.
• Conduct confidential investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, or ethical breaches.
• Collect, document, and analyze evidence; conduct witness and subject interviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and outside counsel on sensitive matters.
• Analyze investigation data to identify trends and mitigate compliance risks; recommend policy changes.
• Plan and perform operational and internal audits to verify policy compliance.
• Draft comprehensive investigation and audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to reinforce ethical culture and standards.
