Brown & Brown, Inc. seeks a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator to support day-to-day client management, develop benefit strategies, and analyze data for client deliverables.

You will handle Forms 5500, policy reviews, monthly reporting, and vendor coordination while using BenefitPoint and AMS. A license in Life/Health insurance is required within 90 days, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• 2+ years of health & welfare experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License within the first 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze and prepare information to support client requests and deliverables.
• Manage client tasks: Forms 5500, policy reviews, monthly carrier reporting, and updating client software.
• Attend client meetings and vendor meetings; provide data guidance to clients.
• Develop financial analyses and RFPs; review SPDs/contracts for accuracy.
