Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• 2+ years of health & welfare experience, meets majority of core practice competency-based skills.
• Resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and prepares information to facilitate client requests and support the client team.
• Manages tasks such as Forms 5500, policy reviews, and monthly carrier reporting.
• Develops rate and financial spreadsheets and assists in RFP execution.
