Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team in Florida. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day client management, data analysis, report drafting, and RFP development to help clients meet goals and manage costs.

The candidate will handle Form 5500s, vendor communications, and project tasks, while applying knowledge of employer-sponsored health and welfare plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of health & welfare experience.
• Life, Accident and Health license within 90 days.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong analytical and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and prepares information for client deliverables.
• Manages Forms 5500, policy reviews, and carrier reporting.
• Supports project management for assigned clients.
• Attends client meetings and conference calls.
• Develops rate/financial spreadsheets and analyzes RFP results.
• Reviews SPDs/contracts for accuracy.
• Researches health and welfare compliance questions.
