Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Managing Consultant to provide employee benefits consulting services and lead daily account service for all assigned clients. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and drives business results through effective service and strategic planning.

The position requires 7+ years in employee benefits consulting, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of employee benefits consulting experience.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Drive business results through effective client service, management and retention.
• Manage day-to-day client activities.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings.
• Independently manage and execute projects.
• Manage complex projects, teams and client deliverables.
• Support and/or lead the development of multi-year strategic plans incorporating client- specific business needs and objectives.
• Understand, update, and create financial models.
• Act as a trainer and mentor for consultants.
• Develop relationships across internal, client and vendor organizations
