USI Insurance Services seeks a health and welfare compliance attorney to monitor laws affecting health plans (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA) and deliver materials to internal teams and clients. The role involves research, writing, and creating education tools, with travel 10-20% as needed.

The candidate must have a J.D. and a college degree, strong MS Office and Adobe skills, and proven leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• College degree and J.D. required.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe products.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare laws including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA.
