Zusammenfassung

USI Insurance Services seeks an experienced Employee Benefit Attorney to monitor and communicate changes in health and welfare laws, including ACA, ERISA, the Code, HIPAA and COBRA, and to develop client-focused materials.

You will present to internal sales teams and external clients, collaborate with a national team, and lead education tools, research and speaking engagements. Travel 10-20% is required.

Qualifikationen

• College degree and J.D. required.
• Must have 4–8 years of experience in compliance for health and welfare plans.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe products.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and communicate changes in health and welfare laws (ACA, ERISA, Code, HIPAA, COBRA).
• Develop and present materials to internal sales teams and external clients.
• Research, edit and publish articles and alerts for clients.
• Support client service teams with ERISA, ACA and related issues.
