Milliman, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Consultant in our Employee Benefits Consulting Practice to provide strategic regulatory and compliance services for qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans.

You will draft plan documents and disclosures, advise on deferred compensation and health & welfare compliance, and support correction programs through IRS and DOL processes. You will oversee our Employee Benefits Compliance team and Research group, drawing on deep ERISA knowledge and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in employee benefit plans.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRC, and Treasury regulations governing qualified plans.
• Experience in law firm, consulting, or corporate legal department.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as compliance advisor on design, documentation, administration, and correction of qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans.
• Draft/review plan documents and disclosures; advise on nonqualified deferred compensation and health/welfare compliance.
• Support correction of plan failures through IRS and DOL programs; conduct regulatory research.
