Job summary

Milliman is seeking a Compliance Consultant to provide strategic regulatory and compliance services for qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans. You will draft and review plan documents and participant disclosures, advise on deferred compensation and health and welfare compliance, support correction of plan failures through IRS and DOL programs, and conduct research on complex compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, law, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with employee benefit plans.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, and Treasury regulations governing qualified plans.
• Experience advising in a law firm, consulting firm, or corporate legal department.
