Job summary

Milliman is seeking a Compliance Consultant to provide strategic regulatory and compliance services for employee benefit plans. The role focuses on design, documentation, administration, and correction of qualified and nonqualified plans, with emphasis on ERISA, IRC, and Treasury regulations. You will draft SPDs, review plan documents, advise on deferred compensation, and lead compliance research for diverse clients. The team leads EB Compliance and Research.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefit plans and ERISA law.
• Experience advising clients in law firms, consulting firms, or corporate legal departments.
• Ability to draft and review plan documents and participant disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted compliance advisor on the design, documentation, administration, and correction of qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans.
• Draft and review plan documents and participant disclosures; advise on nonqualified deferred compensation and health and welfare matters.
• Support clients in resolving compliance issues through IRS and DOL correction programs; conduct regulatory research.
