Milliman, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Compliance Consultant to join our Employee Benefits Consulting Practice in Houston.

You will provide strategic regulatory and compliance consulting to a diverse client base, focusing on qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans, plan documents, disclosures, and corrections under IRS/DOL programs. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of ERISA, the IRC, and Treasury regulations, with 10+ years of experience in law, consulting, or corporate legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, law, or related field.
• Ten or more years of experience in Employee Benefit Plans.
• Well-versed in ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and Treasury regs.
• Experience in law firms, consulting firms, or corporate legal departments.
• Strong communication and client advisory experience.
• Public speaking experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review plan documents and participant disclosures.
• Advise on nonqualified deferred compensation and health & welfare compliance.
• Support correction of plan failures through IRS and DOL programs.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on complex benefits questions.
• Plan document management for pre-approved and designer plans.
• Provide strategic compliance counsel to a diverse client base.
