Job summary

Insurance Office of America in Florida is seeking an Account Manager - Employee Benefits to oversee client service, coordinate account teams, and drive service excellence for a growing benefits book.

You will lead daily tasks of Account Coordinators, manage renewals and new business setup, handle data management and communication with producers, and identify opportunities to grow IOA’s business while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in employee benefits or related fields.
• Active licensing is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and direct daily tasks of Account Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee renewals and new business setup, including data gathering and communication with clients and carriers.
