Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or at least 3 years of related payroll experience.
• At least 1 year of experience processing payroll.
• Experience processing country/region payrolls across EMEA with complex data.
• Hands-on with payroll/HR systems (ADP, Workday, SAP or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Process assigned country or regional payrolls across EMEA.
• Validate and correct payroll data; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit payroll records, including taxes and benefits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standard workflows.
• Document procedures and support harmonization milestones.
