Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to independently execute and support end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role reports to the Payroll Manager and is open to remote work from Poland or Hungary.

Responsibilities include processing regional payrolls, validating data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating on system upgrades and standardized workflows. Strong English skills and experience with ADP/Workday/SAP are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or minimum 3 years of related payroll/finance experience.
• 1 year of payroll processing or data-driven experience.
• Experience processing country/regional payrolls across EMEA with complex data.
• Practical experience with HR systems (ADP/Workday/SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent English; German or other EMEA language is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned country or regional payrolls across EMEA with data validation.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing.
• Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit payroll records including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration.
• Support rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
• Provide input on harmonization milestones and system enhancements.
