Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to independently execute and support end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role reports to the Payroll Manager and is open to remote work from Poland or Hungary.

• Experience processing country/regional payrolls across EMEA with complex data.
• Practical experience with HR systems (ADP/Workday/SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent English; German or other EMEA language is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-country environment.

The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for independently executing and supporting end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA, ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role builds on foundational payroll knowledge and serves as a key contributor to issue resolution, process improvement, and junior team member support, with a clear progression path toward Payroll Specialist roles. This position reports to Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. The role is open to candidates located in Poland or Hungary and can be performed remotely from either location.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or minimum 3 years of related finance or payroll experience 1 year of experience processing payroll or working in a data driven environment Experience with processing assigned country or regional payrolls across EMEA while also reviewing and validating complex payroll data including new hires, terminations, transfers, benefits, allowances, and deductions Practical experience with payroll and HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English.
• German or any other EMEA language would be an advantage.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with employees and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-country operational environment.
