Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely payroll delivery. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and oversees a multi-level team, coordinating with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Remote or on-site based on location. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 7–9 years of payroll experience, with 3–5 years in EMEA payroll, strong leadership, and CPP certification preferred.

• Lead payroll team with capacity planning and development.
• Oversee leave scheduling and hiring decisions to maintain efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data for payroll KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and assist with system enhancements.
