Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
• 5+ years of experience processing complex multi-country payrolls
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions

Responsabilités

• Own complex payrolls across multiple countries and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Process multi-country payrolls with precision and timely filings
• Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and identify automation opportunities
• Maintain and audit payroll records including taxes, benefits, and direct deposits
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized procedures
