Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to join the ACE team. You will lead EMI/EMC testing, develop test strategies, and ensure compliance with MIL-STD-461G and other aerospace standards for advanced electrical systems.

Responsibilities include designing test plans, executing MIL-STD-461 tests, and delivering rigorous reports. A strong systems engineering background and ability to work across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5 years of hands-on EMC/EMI testing experience across MIL-STD-461 methods.
• Strong knowledge of MIL-STD-461G, DO-160G, and CISPR standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIL-STD-461 test execution across CE/CS/RE/RS methods.
• Design and refine EMI/EMC test plans and procedures.
• Produce high-quality test reports with spectral data and pass/fail determinations.
• Troubleshoot EMI/EMC issues and recommend corrective actions.
