Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related STEM field with 8+ years of experience; Master’s 6+ years; PhD 3+ years; or 12 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience executing the engineering project life cycle including requirements, design, development, integration, validation, verification, and sustainment.
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) in the Defense industry or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional team development.

Responsibilities

• Program/project management with performance monitoring, risk management and reporting.
• Technical program execution including scope, cost, and schedule performance.
• IPT leadership and staffing.
• Ensure quality of work products and adherence to engineering processes.
• Coordinate with on-site SWDT counterparts for cross-sector alignment.
