Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related STEM field with 8+ years of experience
• Management duties with cost and schedule constraints
• Experience with defense programs or CAM
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• US Citizenship and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and IPT leadership for embedded software/firmware projects
• Staffing, risk management, and performance monitoring
• Represent SWDT programs to internal/external stakeholders
• Mentor up to 20 engineers; manage talents and career development
