Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or higher with relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience across the engineering lifecycle: requirements, design, development, integration, validation, and sustainment.
• Experience as a CAM in the Defense industry or PM in a related field.
• Management duties under cost and schedule constraints.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex technical projects.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop program management in the business unit, including performance monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
• Provide IPT leadership and ensure quality of work products.
• Staffing, task management, and staff development for the team.
• Represent Embedded Software and Firmware for proposals: BOEs, ROMs, RFPs, and technical volumes.
• Ensure adherence to engineering processes and best practices.
• Lead functional initiatives: goal setting, performance feedback, and career development.
