Job summary

Lynx is seeking a senior Embedded Software Engineer to join a multi-site team delivering safety-critical aerospace and defense software. You will develop, integrate, and test embedded code across C/C++, Ada, and RTOS environments, working in lab and field settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a STEM field, 5+ years of embedded software experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% may be required; remote work is possible based on role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of C/C++ software development experience.
• Experience writing embedded software (C/C++/Ada).
• RTOS integration experience (Green Hills, Wind River, Lynx).
• Troubleshooting on target hardware in lab environments.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows development environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to communicate project status with clients and peers.
