Job summary
Lynx in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and test mission-critical software for defense and aerospace systems. This onsite role requires a strong C/C++ background, embedded software experience, and the ability to work on a multi-site team.
The position offers a $200k–$240k salary, a $10k sign-on bonus, active Secret clearance, full-time onsite work, and robust benefits. Remote work is role-dependent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline required.
- 5+ years of C/C++ software development experience.
- Experience with Digital Simulation Development and integration.
- Experience with Embedded Software Development.
- Experience with I&T integration and testing.
- Experience with GITLAB.
- Experience with Full Software Development Cycle.
- Experience with (FSW) Flight software engineering.
- Proficient with Linux and Windows development environments.
- Strong communication of project status and technical solutions.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Onsite work 100% onsite.
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, test, and maintain mission-critical software.
- Collaborate with multi-site teams and clients on technical solutions.
- Contribute to software development lifecycle and FSW processes.
