Job summary

Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop embedded flight software and GNC capabilities for an advanced missile platform on-site in Huntsville, AL. You’ll design, implement, and verify real-time systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in embedded software, C/C++, Linux/Windows, and an active Secret Clearance. You’ll work with hardware-in-the-loop, model-based engineering tools, and ensure mission-critical reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of embedded software development.
• Experience with C/C++ for embedded software.
• Experience with I&T integration and test.
• Experience with Full Lifecycle Software Development.
• Experience with Flight software engineering (FSW).
• Proficient with Linux and Windows development environments.
• Ability to communicate project status with clients and peers.
• Active Secret Clearance Required.
• Ability to work onsite 100%.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded flight software and GNC capabilities for missile platform.
• Design, implement, integrate, and verify real-time systems.
• Collaborate with software, GNC, systems, and test teams.
• Lead in fast-paced, high-consequence development environment.
