Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an accomplished embedded software engineer to design, develop, and deploy software for Project Leo’s Customer Terminal devices. You will participate in the full SDLC, coding in C/C++, Rust, Python or other languages, with a focus on real-time embedded systems.
You will work with Linux/RTOS environments, review hardware/debug techniques, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver reliable, scalable software for consumer
Competenze
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
Mansioni
- Develop embedded software for Customer Terminal devices within the Project Leo system.
- Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, design, code, test, and code/test coverage.
- Developing embedded software in C, C++, Rust, Python or other languages
- Have experience with real-time embedded software philosophies and practices
- Have expertise with Linux and/or RTOS
- Review schematics, logic analyzer, and embedded software trouble‑shooting techniques.
