Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Sr. Software Dev Engineer for the Leo Customer Terminal Software team.
You will design, develop, and deploy embedded software for Project Leo devices, collaborating with hardware, product, and operations to deliver reliable connectivity. This role requires 5+ years in software development, strong C/C++, Rust or Python skills, and Linux/RTOS experience, plus leadership or mentoring.
Competenze
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years programming in at least one language.
- 5+ years leading design/architecture of new and existing systems.
- Experience as a mentor or tech lead.
Mansioni
- Develop embedded software for Customer Terminal devices within Project Leo system.
- Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, design, code, test, and code/test coverage.
- Develop embedded software in C, C++, Rust, Python or other languages.
- Have experience with real-time embedded software philosophies and practices.
- Have expertise with Linux and/or RTOS.
- Review schematics, logic analyzer, and embedded software trouble-shooting techniques.
