Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design, develop, and deploy software for Customer Terminal devices in the Leo Project. You will work across the full SDLC and contribute to a family of consumer electronics products running on Linux/RTOS.

You will also collaborate with hardware, product, and operations teams, applying C/C++, Rust, and Python across real-time embedded software environments. This role requires strong design leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development.
• 5+ years of programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years of leading design/architecture of systems.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.

Mansioni

• Develop embedded software for Customer Terminal devices within Project Leo.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to deployment.
• Develop embedded software in C, C++, Rust, or Python.
• Work with Linux and RTOS on real-time systems.
• Review schematics, logic analyzers, and debugging techniques.
• Collaborate with hardware, product and operations teams.
