Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an embedded software engineer to design, develop, and deploy software for Customer Terminal devices in Project Leo. You will work across the SDLC in a collaborative environment with teams inside and outside Amazon.

You will craft your software from requirements, designs, code, test, to product deployment, adapting to changing priorities. The role requires 3+ years in embedded firmware development and strong skills in C/C++,

Competenze

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 3+ years of embedded firmware development experience.

Mansioni

• Develop embedded software for Customer Terminal devices within the Project Leo system.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, design, code, test, and code/test coverage.
• Developing embedded software in C, C++, Rust, Python or other languages.
• Have experience with real-time embedded software philosophies and practices.
• Have expertise with Linux and/or RTOS.
• Review schematics, logic analyzer, and embedded software trouble-shooting techniques.
