Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Embedded Software Engineer for Fire Control / Ground Combat Vehicles in Sterling Heights, MI.

This 100% onsite role requires 7+ years in embedded software development using C++, C, Java, C#, Python, and related tools. You will work across vehicle domains, lead Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with multiple engineering teams to deliver software for ground combat vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Fire Control experience is required.
• Experience with embedded software in mixed OS and environments (VxWorks, Linux, RTOS).
• Experience with CAN, TCP/IP, UDP/IP networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and migrate to a software development environment to produce requirements, design docs, source code, and test artifacts.
• Develop embedded software documentation and code across Fire Control, displays, power management, and diagnostics.
• Translate system requirements into software solutions and develop software designs.
• Code embedded software and perform unit and functional testing.
• Perform hardware/software integration and troubleshoot embedded vehicle systems.
