Job summary

Weiss Ratings is seeking a Senior Email & Subscription Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing, subscription growth, engagement, and retention for Weiss Ratings Plus. You will own email campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and data-driven growth initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams to optimize funnels, boost engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, subscription marketing, or digital growth marketing.
• Experience managing digital subscriptions, memberships, or direct-to-consumer products.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
• Experience creating and managing automated onboarding, nurture, retention, and trigger-based campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email development.
• Demonstrated success using analytics and testing to drive business outcomes and subscription growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Email & Lifecycle Marketing Strategy across the full subscriber journey.
• Drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back and churn reduction for Weiss Ratings Plus.
• Partner with marketing teams to grow subscriptions via paid media, organic channels, landing pages, and funnels.
• Build, schedule, deploy, and optimize promotional campaigns, nurture programs, and automated journeys.
• Create targeted audience segments and personalization to boost engagement and conversions.
• Manage Marketing Cloud workflows, automations, reporting, and campaign execution.
• Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions, retention, LTV); run A/B tests and optimize.
• Maintain data integrity, deliverability, regulatory compliance, and inbox placement.
