Job summary

Jobscan is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Lifecycle, to own our editorial content and email programs end-to-end. You will drive traffic, subscriptions, and registrations by leading a small editorial team and leveraging AI tools to accelerate output while maintaining high quality.

A strong focus on SEO, AEO/GEO, CRO, and data-driven content will be essential. You will oversee the HireReady newsletter, develop lead magnets, and create content-driven email acquisition

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of growth or content marketing experience in a B2C product or content-heavy site.
• Elite content creation and editing skills with high-quality writing.
• Hands-on SEO practitioner focusing on on-page optimization and internal linking.
• AEO/GEO fluency for AI search and EEAT growth without sacrificing SEO.
• CRO instincts to test ideas and improve conversions from content.
• Lifecycle and email marketing experience including lead magnets and nurture flows.
• People management experience with writers or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial lifecycle across blog, pillar pages, and evergreen hub from research to reporting.
• Drive organic growth through hands-on SEO, EEAT, and AI-driven referrals.
• Own editorial CRO to grow registrations and email subscriptions.
• Lead the HireReady newsletter end to end including growth and performance.
• Build content-driven email acquisition with lead magnets and welcome flows.
• Produce data-driven content using proprietary insights.
• Lead AI-enhanced production workflows to accelerate quality and speed.
• Redesign blog/content templates to improve SEO, AEO/GEO, and UX.
• Manage editorial team and coordinate with a contractor for video content.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing on priorities and performance-driven strategy.
