Job summary

Thorne Research Inc. in Madison, WI seeks a Senior Manager, Email Marketing to lead all stages of our email program. You will shape lifecycle campaigns, leverage personalization and automation, and partner with Data Science, Creative, and Ecommerce to drive retention and lifetime value.

You will build segmentation roadmaps, run A/B tests, and own KPI reporting. The role requires analytical thinking, hands-on Iterable experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-growing wellness company.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Four or more years of relevant email marketing experience is needed.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated strategy and planning skills while QA-ing emails.
• Hands-on experience with Iterable for campaigns and journeys.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills; strong QA ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle marketing across email from concept to execution.
• Build personalization, segmentation roadmaps, and cross-team coordination.
• Develop email strategies to increase engagement and retention.
• Create automated journeys to improve conversion and CLV.
• Collaborate with Creative and stakeholders to deliver messaging and visuals.
• Own email calendar, content ideas, and adherence to deadlines.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal for compliance.
• Use CDP (Hightouch) to define segments and journeys.
