Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Senior Email Marketing & CRM Analyst to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email campaigns while ensuring CRM data quality across platforms. You will manage segmentation, content, and landing pages, partnering with marketing and BD teams to drive engagement and measurable results.

The role is remote for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, with responsibilities spanning content, testing, analytics, and governance to improve campaign performance and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns using marketing automation or email service platforms.
• Experience working within a CRM system with data quality stewardship.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and metrics.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• CMS experience (Sitecore preferred).
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Vuture, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and measure end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including email creation, audience segmentation, landing page development, and deployment.
• Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Vuture or similar).
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement.
• Create, edit, and post content and landing pages within a CMS (Sitecore preferred).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, CTR, unsubscribe rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and objectives.
• Maintain data standards, governance, and CRM data health.
• Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation for segmentation and reporting.
• Document data processes and best practices to support compliance.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for campaign performance and CRM health.
