United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to lead lifecycle campaigns across email and push, bridging CRM operations, engineering, and brand marketing. You will own segmentation, data pipelines, and testing, delivering highly personalized experiences for our US remote workforce.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset. It offers a remote, US-wide position with opportunities to travel to offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Ability to work with a global-first mindset and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management; travel/ecommerce/marketplace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own planning for multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email & Push) and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Translate goals into detailed technical specs for CRM Ops and Engineering teams; ensure flawless handoffs.
• Collaborate with Content/Brand and Operations to map data pipelines and deployment logic.
• Define customer segmentation and data requirements to tailor messaging across lifecycle stages.
• Monitor campaign performance and leverage AI-assisted analysis for faster reporting and insights.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, including AI-assisted test design when useful.
