You will manage audience segmentation and list-building, while updating website content and coordinating with the Director of Marketing on calendars and timelines. Responsibilities include designing and deploying emails, tracking performance metrics, maintaining list hygiene, and supporting CRM-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience using an email service provider with segmentation/automation tools and list-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy marketing emails including newsletters, presale announcements, surveys, and welcome sequences.
• Build and maintain the email content calendar with Marketing leadership and event timelines.
• Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance against benchmarks.
• Coordinate email scheduling to avoid conflicts across campaigns and brands.
• Use CRM to build targeted and suppressed audience lists and maintain list hygiene.
• Support basic reporting on list growth and engagement trends.
• Upload and update copy, images, and event details on the marketing website.
• Coordinate larger web/SEO/technical needs with department director.
• Assist with cross-department email scheduling (e.g., Membership, Development)
