Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Analyst for Specialty Retail Brands Email Marketing in Boston. This hybrid role combines in-office work four days a week with one day WFH, focusing on end-to-end email strategy, testing, and performance ownership.

You will partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class email experiences, drive a data-driven testing roadmap, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data-driven marketing or related fields, with email marketing experience a plus.
• Experience with basic statistical methods used in A/B testing and KPI selection.
• Strong communication to share ideas with stakeholders and teammates.
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and customer-first thinking.
• SQL knowledge and data visualization with Looker or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email programs across SRB brands, including strategy, execution, and testing.
• Drive a 6‑month planning cycle with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.
• Develop and communicate performance narratives, monitoring health metrics daily.
• Partner with Creative, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Own the email channel strategy and become its subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with analysts and operations to optimize campaigns and reporting.
