About Wayfair Marketing

Wayfair’s Marketing team drives customer growth and brand preference across every stage of the home shopping journey. We combine customer research, data analytics, and channel expertise to build compelling marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Category Management leaders (GMs) and cross-functional marketing teams. You will identify high-potential categories, develop customer-centric growth plans (across promotions and evergreen) and build a repeatable playbook to scale nascent categories into core business engines.

You will manage a team of marketing analysts, maintain strong alignment with Category General Managers, and ensure our marketing strategy balances commercial ambitions with clear customer positioning and ROI.

  • Codify a repeatable Category Growth Playbook that establishes clear criteria for market-readiness, campaign launch, and measurement across new categories
  • Present marketing strategy, test agendas, performance learnings, and forward-looking plans at category Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team of analysts responsible for operational execution, testing, and performance analysis
