Wayfair is seeking a Senior Analyst for Specialty Retail Brands Email Marketing in Boston. This hybrid role combines in-office work four days a week with one day WFH, focusing on end-to-end email strategy, testing, and performance ownership.
You will partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class email experiences, drive a data-driven testing roadmap, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position.

The SRB Customer Communications team sits within Marketing and is responsible for all email, app push, and SMS communications between SRB’s and our customers. Within this team, the Analyst Role will oversee the strategy, execution and growth of our email channel (Our 5th largest channel) and report to the head of SRB Customer Communications. The role will be responsible for end-to-end email strategy execution, driving an aggressive testing roadmap, owning channel performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the org.
