Zusammenfassung

Gifthealth is seeking a Senior Digital Communications Manager to own the email lifecycle from first click to long-term loyalty. You will design and own the email strategy, build automated journeys, segment audiences, and maintain consent infrastructure to engage clinicians and patients.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role combines strategy with hands-on execution—QA emails, analyze performance, and drive scalable lifecycle programs across a growing digital healthcare platform.

Qualifikationen

• 6-9+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, email, growth, or related marketing disciplines with ownership of an email channel.
• Proven experience developing end-to-end lifecycle and email strategies beyond campaign production.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and triggers.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into effective journeys and communications.
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing automation platforms; HubSpot preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for the email channel, aligning with commercial, clinician, and patient objectives.
• Build an end-to-end communications framework spanning acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, adherence, and re-engagement.
• Define email's role in the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve engagement at critical moments.
• Manage the calendar including newsletters, automated journeys, triggers, and campaigns.
• Establish governance and operating processes for scalable lifecycle marketing.
• Build and maintain segmented, permission-based audiences with consent management.
