Renown Health seeks a Senior Digital Specialist to advance email marketing strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud, designing data-driven journeys and segmenting audiences. You will build automated engagement paths using Automation Studio and Journey Builder, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics to align with business goals.

Requires 5+ years in digital marketing, SFMC proficiency, and Health Cloud integration knowledge;

Formación

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience focused on email, automation, and journeys in SFMC or similar platforms.
• Advanced SFMC knowledge including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Strong Health Cloud integration understanding for healthcare communications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to translate data into strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead email marketing strategies within SFMC using Health Cloud.
• Design, implement and optimize customer journeys with Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• Analyze and segment audiences using SFMC data tools and Data Extensions.
• Provide actionable insights on targeting, personalization, and journey optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to synchronize efforts.
• Stay informed about SFMC features and share best practices with the team.
